The instructional design document plays a crucial role in the success of any e-Learning development endeavor. I work with each client during the project kick-off meeting to craft and finalize this document.

It details the course’s purpose, learning objectives, audience demographics, project prerequisites, and other pertinent details. Moreover, it establishes the agreed-upon instructional strategy among the project stakeholders.

This design document specifies the prerequisites for the Bloodborne Pathogen and Needlestick Prevention module.
