How long have you been in the field?
I have been an instructional designer developing compliance training since 2014. I started as an instructional designer and e-Learning developer for American Airlines, Inc. in Dallas, Texas, first in its Learning and Development development and then in the Flight Service department creating compliance training for flight attendants. After leaving American Airlines and moving to Atlanta, Georgia, I started contract and freelance work for various companies.

My online portfolio shows recent projects on which I have worked. However, I can provide you with more personalized examples of my work that align with your specific project.
How much do you normally charge?
I charge per hour for each project. Once I get a good understanding of the scope of the project, I will provide my best estimate of the number of hours I anticipate it may take to complete the project (within a range). If the project requires additional hours, I will contact you before moving forward with the overage.
When can I start my project?
A well-thought-out timeline allows me to deliver a meticulously crafted solution. The sooner you share your project with me, the sooner I can get it on my schedule. Sometimes, I can begin immediately, and other times, it may take a week or two to align my resources.
How long will it take to complete my project?
Depending on the size and complexity of your project, the duration can vary from a few weeks to several months or more. Prior to getting started, I will provide a timeline estimate and once it’s underway I’ll provide regular updates of the project’s progress.
